Pastor Stew Powers (NextGen)
Pastor Stew Powers serves as our NextGen Pastor at Pulse of Life Church. Stew is originally from the Pacific Northwest and the West Coast at large - salmon is basically a food group, and "dude" is pretty much a permanent part of his vocabulary. He attended university in Las Vegas, and it was there in his late twenties that he became born again and he never looked back. He jumped into ministry almost immediately, starting as a junior high small group leader before moving into young adults, then Youth Pastor, and beyond. Stew went on to serve as a missionary in Sweden for nearly a decade, investing his life in the next generation overseas before bringing that same passion home. Equal parts nerd and sports fan, Stew loves a good deep dive as much as he loves game day. And in case you're wondering, yes, the grocery store really is one of his favorite places.
